What is Apex T13?
Apex T13 is a designer collectible toy brand from a small, obsessive studio. We make highly articulated figures built for kids, collectors, and anyone who misses real, tangible play.
Do the figures come assembled?
Yes — every Apex T13 figure arrives pre-assembled and quality-checked by hand before it leaves our studio.
Can I customize or swap parts?
Absolutely. Our figures feature fully interchangeable parts — mix, match, and rebuild endlessly.
How do I know I'm on the official store?
The only official store is apext13.com. If you see Apex T13 figures sold elsewhere, email contact@apext13.com to verify.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
How long does it take to prepare an order?
Typically 1–3 business days. During drops or peak seasons, up to 5 business days.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Payments go through Shopify, PCI-DSS compliant by default. We never see or store full card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna (where available).
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — email contact@apext13.com with your order number ASAP. After it ships we can't modify or cancel.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
After processing: US 5–14 business days, Canada/Europe 7–18, Rest of World 10–20. International packages can take up to 20 days during peak or customs.
Is shipping free?
US orders over $37 ship free. Below that, rate calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
My tracking hasn't updated — should I worry?
Usually no — international packages go silent in customs. If no movement for 7+ business days, email us and we'll investigate.
What if my package is lost?
Email contact@apext13.com within 7 days of the delivery date in tracking. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement/refund.
What about customs and import duties?
International customers may be charged customs fees by their local authorities. These are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Yes. 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
What if my figure arrives damaged?
Email contact@apext13.com within 14 days with your order number and photos. We'll review and offer replacement, partial or full refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post it.

What age is the figure for?
Designed for fans aged 6+. Younger children should use with adult supervision — small parts may present a choking hazard.
How do I care for my figure?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid water, solvents, and long direct sunlight. Room-temperature storage works best.
The joints feel tight — is that normal?
Yes. New figures can have tight joints that loosen with gentle use. Move slowly the first few times — don't force.
What are the figures made of?
Premium PETG plastic — durable, safe, 100% recyclable. Non-toxic, matte finish.
